Time is running out to hear from Holocaust survivors and liberators. As we mark 80 years since the end of WWII, join us to witness George's story, as he tells us his experience surviving Nazi persecution. We hope you join us for this meaningful opportunity to honor survivor voices and ensure their stories live on. This is a Community Connection Volunteering Event for Young Adults.
After George speaks, we will be creating Hamsas to donate to Jewish residents of nursing facilities in San Francisco to hang in their window and remind them that they have community thinking of them.
We will provide dinner! Please let email Danit at dhetsroni@jfcs.org if you have any food restrictions or any questions.
There is a suggested donation of $18 to support our intergenerational events with Young Adult and Holocaust Survivors. If you are able,
please donate here. Any amount is helpful, thank you for your support!
